I thought I’d never see the day a female character would actually thank a man (male character) lol. She's the first one I saw/heard thank the mc for his help, I like her already. Must be hell freezing over, first woman in donghua history to do so aha!!

Its so stupid that all season he's been a pushover that would try and save the people that bullies him from death, endure endless humiliation, but now all of a sudden he's being cruel to a girl that clearly isn't a threat to him. Such bad writing IMO. You can clearly tell the author is forcing a relationship between the two of them. At this point Qin Yao was a better love interest, even the demon princess makes a more natural relationship.

It's actually quite hilarious that he's acting like the people that bullied him. Actually hate the MC after this episode, there's really no point of him keeping her restrained and forcing her to death with him.

the episode runtimes really are too short for any significant movement in the plot. kind of annoying.

They're not short it's just so much wasted animation, showing mc walking or panning shots of MC staring into the distance.

I'm not even sure we get 15 mins of runtime. That's short.
